I had a good experience the first time visiting and cashed my check there and I went today and sat down with patty and didn't want to verify the check made me feel like I fraud and if I wrote a fake check like if I was stealing she made me feel .. she knew I cashed the same clients check and saw I had an appointment to get my business account but heck no having people like that heck no.. Walked to this bank branch of BOFA on Havana with a transfer related issue. Several Bankers standing around the front desk area and chatting while you wait to be seen. They were clearly not welcoming in their attitude to someone walking into the branch. Their people skills were close to zero for working in a service industry!! When I asked one random banker standing around for help, she was flat out rude and said, “she was busy” and directed me to set an appointment to be considered.
