So far everyone at the bank has been very nice and friendly employees ☺️. I haven't had any problems with anyone yet. I've been here in a for a about 9 months now. And I haven't used boa in the past

8 dollar fee to cash a check with their name on it
I made a deposit on 7/10 and was told I would have it the next day by the teller. The following day I got an email saying they placed a hold on my deposit until 7/17/2025 at 9am. My money is not released and I just found out they put another hold on it when I called to check why it wasn’t released and I won’t get it for another 2 days which I don’t trust since I wasn’t notified of yet another hold against my deposit and it will be the weekend.
