Walked to this bank branch of BOFA on Havana with a transfer related issue. Several Bankers standing around the front desk area and chatting while you wait to be seen. They were clearly not welcoming in their attitude to someone walking into the branch. Their people skills were close to zero for working in a service industry!! When I asked one random banker standing around for help, she was flat out rude and said, “she was busy” and directed me to set an appointment to be considered. So far everyone at the bank has been very nice and friendly employees ☺️. I haven't had any problems with anyone yet. I've been here in a for a about 9 months now. And I haven't used boa in the past
