Not sure why there are so many 1-star reviews. I went in for a cashier’s check and was out in under 10 minutes. The place was clean, quiet, and professionally run. Staff was friendly, efficient, and didn’t waste time. No complaints at all. Solid experience.

One of the best experiences I've had BofA. Kari was polite and professional. She answered all of my questions and explained all my options for my account. All the staff were helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone.
I went to this location to open a savings account with my fiance. We provided the required documentation to the teller, helping us at the beginning of the process. She stated that our identification was sufficient. My fiancee has another account at this bank. They directed us to open a new account on the app. After two failed attempts because the app was not working, the teller entered information on her end. We thought we were finished.
