I have to say I’ve lived in plant city for 25 years and had multiple Bank of America accounts and almost any branch I visit I get fast service and every time I visit the plant city branch I am waiting in the chairs for over an hour, always! never fails when I come to this branch for business and personal, and I’m only leaving this review hoping they see what their customers are really asking for, I should not have to wait 1 hour and twenty minutes to get account help it’s just ridiculous, I ended up leaving before I got help... read more
