DON'T BANK HERE. 1 star because no stars was not an option. Probably not the employees fault, but you are given the run around to do the simplist things like closing an account. I had to talk to a teller to make an appointment with a financial adviser, to talk to a teller, to meet with a banker to close the account. All because they started charging a maintenence fee on a checking account that never had a maintenence fee. Keep the $14.50 Bank of America you obviously need it more than I do.
Customer NO SERVICE I walked in and asked to get some help and I was told well we only have limited time. Yes it was 4:15! She said to get on the phone and they could help me. WHAT??? She walked off wow this is a terrible bank
What an unprofessional financial institution. Its no wonder why they are closing locations all over the country. I went to cash a check, a personal check large dollar amount. I was informed that they will not cash a personal check over $4,000. And that I needed to open an account with them to do so. It had nothing to do with available funds. It's the whole point of a check is to transfer money to one person to another. Never will I do business with Bank of America
