Horrible customer service. I have an account and needed assistance- she agreed I needed to speak with someone and had me sit on the couch for 30 mins. No communication or interaction.
Branch was clean and we were greeted upon arrival which was nice. We got in line to preform a simple checking withdrawal when we were pulled out of line to use the atm in branch with assistance from tellers whose time would be much better severed behind the counter. There were 3 people that came and went with cash withdrawals in that time. There was absolutely no reason for the transaction to take an additional 10min.
