He could not answer to my question ..question was ..why do you charge this day for sending this amount of extra money from credit to my checking account ? The worst Bank of America branch that I have ever been to. No one knows what they are doing and they will waste your time trying to get the answer for you. I was so fed up with them that I decided to close out my account then and there and they barely knew how to do that. The customer service is horrible. Don’t go to this branch!!!!Â
