This branch has the worse customer service I have ever experienced in a financial institution. The ATM took my deposit without giving me a receipt and money was not deposited on my account. The bank manager, Daniel, didnt offer any resolution to the issue and after 45 MINUTES with the customer rep and on the phone with boa customer service, he said that that was the only thing they could do.
