Terrible customer service. Unable to reach anyone at this branch. No customer service at all. Nobody answers the phone. Elderly people need to speak to real people sometimes. Ever think of that? Not everyone uses social media, aka Twitter/X or facebook/meta or a computer. Online appt service doesn't work when I try to schedule an appt. I stopped using B of A 35 years ago for poor services. However, my parents banked here, and now I'm trying to settle their small estate.
Went here during business hours and spoke to a man standing near the door. We had to ask if he was an employee because he didn't seem interested in helping us. We told him what we wanted to do ... "ooh, that will take 20-25 minutes." That's ok, we have time. "Ooh, the computer system is down." Wonder how many more excuses he would have come up with. We left. Don't go here. Their service is non-existent.
