I came to that branch to have a Release of Mechanic’s Lien notarized—a document needed for a real estate closing. Upon arrival, I explained clearly what I needed notarized, was signed in, and then made to wait for approximately 45 minutes. Only after this lengthy and unnecessary wait was I told that your notary would not notarize the document because it was “related to real estate.” This is unacceptable. My husband tried to cash a written check from his job (with a BOA account) at this location. He does not have a BOA account himself & explained that to the bank teller initially. After scanning the check, she told him he would need to deposit this in his account directly. The other woman working wrote “void”, with today’s date, in ballpoint pen on the back of his check in efforts to “preserve” it after it was scanned because the woman assisting him was unable to cash it. Horrible wait times. Rude staff. Less than helpful. Customer service was horrific. After today’s experience I will be closing all 3 of my accounts and taking my money and business elsewhere. The absolutely worst and I’ve been a loyal customer nearly 18 years
Full of staff not working while you wait for the 1 teller. They just watch you wait in line.
