I love this branch. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. My favorite teller is Talia.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experienced. There was a clear lack of respect and compassion toward an elderly customer who repeatedly asked to use the restroom but was ignored, resulting in an accident inside the store. I also had a frustrating interaction with Talia at the front desk, and a training an employee. I requested printed statements and was initially told by the trainee that this could be done at the front desk, so I proceeded to wait in line.
