Garbage, customer service and absolute garbage management. I have an account with my wife which has her maiden name on it. We have been married and I want to change her name on our account to her proper last name now. However, because my wife has a separate account with her daughter, we need my daughter's permission for my wife to change her name. I just called Navy Federal. They don't do that kind of crap there.
