The absolute worst service today! Just wanted to change a pin. Waited 45 minutes and was told no, have to reset it over the phone. Waited an hour to speak to someone on the phone and then I’m told I can’t reset it on the phone! Why did the banker lie to me? I don’t get it. I’m so mad about the service I received today that I’m considering changing banks entirely.
