This is true story, first I have to renew my CD, said u need appointment, next day, I scheduled appointment with vice president of branch, when I went on time, staff told me that she/ he not working at this branch, they directed me to go straitford branch, I said, I didn’t want to drive 15 minutes from that location, after some time, Mrs Delois Lennon ( very helpful staff & polite) found another staff, Mr, Clark law , who said is easy, renewed my CD, after 3 weeks, we got letter that it is not renewed, and automatically rene... read more
