Worst branch, slow and taking for ever just to add someone to my account, they had to schedule me for the following week for that simple thing.
I just spent 38 minutes waiting on the phone, trying unsuccessfully to follow up with an officer at the branch, whom I spent an hour in person with 4 days ago. After 20+ minutes toggling from the main menu to the 'speak with a rep at the branch' option, someone picked up and transferred the call to the person I wished to speak with. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Line of customers, 1 teller. Customer at the window with bag of coin. Instead of having customer step aside to roll coin, she let them stay at window. Finally got to window to exchange foreign currency. After another 10 minutes, was informed that system was down.
Good service
Stopped in without an appointment to handle my father's estate and Samir was so helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. Even though I was only there for 10 minutes, if that, Samir gave top notch customer service. He is the absolute BEST!!!
