Went in to open up a new bank account, sat there for an hour exactly with no other person waiting but I was not helped. Went into truist next door and opened up an account within 20 mins. I’ve decided to move my 2 business accounts over to truist from BOA also bc they have the worst customer service and never enough employees working.Â

The Manager Jen was absolutely delightful! When it came to greeting everyone(and I mean everyone)in the lobby and listening to and addressing guest's needs, she was on top of her game! I hadn't had such a refreshing customer service experience in a very long time, especially regarding finances. Jen has a gift for making everyone who walks through that door feel welcomed and "heard." I will return simply because of this experience. Thanks again!Â
