Went into the bank and after having 3 people ask me why I was there, then being asked to wait, having repeated my request each time, when one of the 3 people who were not helping customers(by the way), decided to acknowledge my request, then tell me she can't do it right now because she has an appointment coming. Are you serious?, When did you realize that you have an appointment? When I sat in front of you? Why did you call me to your cubicle? Do you realize I have banking choices?
