BofA ATM Machine stole my money! I deposited $400 to this drive thru Bank of America ATM machine and it returned my card but then the screen went blank and didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt nor did it process my deposit! Bank of America gave me a temporary credit but the next day cancelled it. I’m still waiting on them to at least give me a temporary credit! The three women that were there gave me the most rude customer service experience I’ve ever had. This branch definitely needs some customer service training. My husband went out of his way to come in on his lunch break to help deposit a check that had both of our names on it. You would think since my name was on it it would be able to be deposited, but no he had to come in while he was working to try to make it happen.
