This branch has made a complete 180 degree turn in the service and customer satisfaction....the employees there truly care and provide help to every person who enters. Changes have been made for the better in staff, service, and operations. Stop in a see for yourself!
I have been a loyal customer for 28 years. I recently went to the Westport location and there was a new staff. This was the first time I ever experienced unprofessional treatment from a visit at Bank of America. The manager asked for my license, when I presented it she asked for another form of identification. I ask her what the problem was and she asked me what race I was and what I did for work.
