Small business owner with multiple BofA accounts. Employee attempted to cash a check drawn on my business account and was told they couldn't verify the check. She provided multiple ID. Attempted to resolve with the branch and they don't ANSWER THE PHONE! Went over their heads and got nowhere. Then transferred and the rep couldn't figure out that I was the actual owner of the accounts. Basically wasted 2 plus hours of my time. Was told to come in for help with get online after they messed my when seeing up account. Was told they did not have appointments until next week. Ask the manger to help me get online had to ask over 15 times for a yes or no if she should help me because she kept saying they could help when They were available. She finally said she would not help.
