This place has no consideration when it comes to the customers or walk in's time. I had a horrible experience Sat. I walked in at 12 PM to become a customer. Not only was I stared at by the only employee I though was there at the time. I wait 45 mins in the waiting area for the girl to tell me they will not be seeing me today. Then when she saw I was getting upset a manager appeared out of no where telling the girl that I will NOT be seen today. Mind you they close at 2 pm and I walked in at 12pm. The time was now 1pm. Gloria at this location is absolutely phenomenal, she was so patient with helping me out with a situation i’ve been dealing with for many years, and was very helpful to me. To even stay a little bit after the bank closed to help me finish everything meant a lot to me. She is a true gem and god bless her soul! I am super appreciative of her! Everyone at this location is very sweet and amazing also!
