Toni is the best manager, for me she is the best of all the employees of that branch. She has a lot of knowledge in what she does, whenever I've had a problem she goes out of her way to help me solve it. She attends clients quickly and with great courtesy. Update: Now that Kahn is not the manager anymore and if Toni is not there this branch is a piece of trash! I've been banking with bank of america for almost 20 years but I think is time for me to take my business somewhere else.
Small business owner with multiple BofA accounts. Employee attempted to cash a check drawn on my business account and was told they couldn't verify the check. She provided multiple ID. Attempted to resolve with the branch and they don't ANSWER THE PHONE! Went over their heads and got nowhere. Then transferred and the rep couldn't figure out that I was the actual owner of the accounts. Basically wasted 2 plus hours of my time.
