The Boston Avenue location has to be the worst Bank of America every time I go in it’s never successful. It’s always an issue. Don’t recommend drive around to different locations prolly employee issue

Hello, I would like to file an official complaint regarding my experience today. I had a confirmed appointment at 1:00 pm at the 2091 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06610 branch. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the system was down and they could not support me. I am very disappointed that no one has informed me in advance by email or phone to cancel or reschedule. I had to rearrange my busy schedule to get here on time, just to waste my time. This is very unprofessional.
