Can’t say enough of good things about Ali… He was extremely helpful, quick and to the point and very thorough. He has accomplished more in one visit than other BoA representatives over the last 15 years that I have banked with BoA. If you are lucky to get Ali as your representative, you should know you are in excellent hands!
Super weird incredibly unprofessional bank. I arrived for an appointment and waited about 15 minutes. Neither me nor the others in the lobby waiting to be seen saw any employees while we waited. But suddenly, 5 employees weirdly exit their break room, yet completely ignore all the waiting customers. Never had such a weird bank experience before.
