Believe the 1-star reviews. This branch sucks. It is always understaffed, except for the Merrill guy. He is happy to open a brokerage account for you, but good luck getting any help with basic banking. I am moving all of my accounts to Chase. Why? Because Chase branches are pleasant and there are people available to help. Also: The Chase website actually works and is not from the 1990s. This bank sucks, sorry I have been in line with over eight people waiting and there is no bank teller at all. Never seen this in my lifetime banking with any bank in my life. This is ridiculous and the bank manager is not even communicating.
