Very accessible and friendly staff
Don’t bank with them, or you lose access to your own money. I have a checking account and my direct deposit goes there. I have never received my card in the mail. I opened a credit card account, but all my transactions are blocked. I can’t spend money with it. I make purchases with a credit card from a different bank, and try to transfer money to that bank to pay card bill and keep extra in my savings account. I had a very bad experience at Bank of America branch in Beltsville with Customer specialist Ms Claudia Calderon. I went in to open an account for my nephew, but from the beginning she seemed unwelcoming and uninterested in helping us. I had several questions about opening a business account and I was told she specializes in business accounts and would be able to assist.
