Today I was waiting to be seen by the Bank of America notary in Clinton, Md. I was waiting for more than an hour with a baby in my arms, the man who serves customers in front of me was never able to ask if they could notarize me, my documents, and he made me wait too long, when I was finally able to be attended to, they told me that they could not notarize me for reasons of interest to the bank... and he told me that he could have asked him before making me wait...
