I am an advantage customer and have been with this bank over 20 years. I have experienced some of the best customer service with the associates who don’t look like me and the one senior black female clerk. The associate manager Simmone is not friendly did not great me while she was taking care of my transaction, in fact she waited till I greeted her, at the end of my transaction she didn’t even say thank you, her statement to me was “are you done.” I don’t understand why she treats me this way when I come into the bank. Opened a bank account at this location and deposited a check in same day. I was told by some pregnant lady working there that the hold on my check would be lifted today. Went to open my account and it now says I have to wait an additional 5 days. Never depositing a check here ever again.

I came into the branch because I wanted to deposit cash into my daughter’s account (not mine) I explained to Associate #776 of my intentions to place the cash into my daughter’s account. Typically I use online banking for everything but this was immediate. Of course the associate places the funds in the wrong account and when I went to make a complaint the incompetent greeter tells me to use online banking !!
