I went in today to cash a check, I was thinking about opening an account and decided to change my mind for a couple of reasons because I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. I wasn't greeted. However, I noticed the guard said hi and bye to everyone that came in and out, but me. The guard kept pacing back and forth from behind me while I was in line.
