Tellers need to be more attentive to the customer in front of them rather than the employee next to them.Â
We scheduled our appointment two days in advance. When we arrived, there was no sign-in sheet or clear instructions, so we waited in the lobby. At our scheduled appointment time, no one came to assist us. Only after asking were we told to sign in with the teller. The lack of organization and customer service is disappointing. I just called this place to get information on what I need to bring to get bank account. I wasn’t done talking to this lady and she hang up on me it’s between 1:10pm and 1:24pm on April 18 what kind of people work there not only that when she answered the phone I didn’t catch her nameÂ
