There is no reason why this branch is still closed. Everything in falls church is now open as of july 10. It is one block from where I live now I have to drive all the way to 7 corners to do my banking . I'm going to withdraw my money and bank somewhere else. Ridicous
Very Poor customer service. Went there this morning asking details on a personal loan. The answer I got from her ( branch manager)was a straight NO. And she asked me to google and find who gives loans. I have been going to the same branch for 4 years. The new manager was needs training and I won’t recommend this branch any more!!! Since the manager changed and some other staff.
Worst service ever. Shawn Ahmad was rude to me, he claimed to be the Manager. I suggest to take some classes on customer service! Good thing I don’t bank with Bank of America
