I just changed from Wells Fargo, it's my daughter's account 1st direct deposit on social security. She gets ssi, because she has the autism and to thank the social security deposit that send the deposit to them on Friday. And they were supposed to post it here it is today. Had a loan with B of A that had been paid off, but there were delays in getting the zero balance letter. Called this branch, was told by Charles to come in and he'd help me out. Long wait, but Edwin was free and took the torch. Made a couple of calls and I walked out of there with a fax showing a zero balance. Couldn't have been better.
Fernando did an excellent job. He is smart and very nice.
