Had a loan with B of A that had been paid off, but there were delays in getting the zero balance letter. Called this branch, was told by Charles to come in and he'd help me out. Long wait, but Edwin was free and took the torch. Made a couple of calls and I walked out of there with a fax showing a zero balance. Couldn't have been better.
Fernando did an excellent job. He is smart and very nice.
The operating hours are only convenient for employees and not customers.
