The operating hours are only convenient for employees and not customers.
Extremely slow. Banker was pleasant but not professional or efficient. Had the emotional maturity of a teenager. Disappointing experience all the way around. Would not recommend if you want efficency and competence.
Never have any coins. When they do all you will get is one roll. They say it’s for the customers Am I not a customer? Customer service is not up to par! Highly don’t recommend banking with Bank of America! Felipe is not friendly. Everytime I go to get change. With a smirk I don’t have any. Ridiculous bank! Will close account soon so never have to see these people!
