I was bullied by banker Tina to open a business checking acct+merchant service acct. I wanted to open a personal checking acct. Banker Tina did not tell me a 3 yr merchant acct has a $25 monthly minimum processing fee or of the monthly interchange rate. 2 important facts. I do not process $1,000 annually in credit card transactions so I was mislead. I question banker Tina's integrity plus B of A's ethics. I'm posting this to only save grief on someone else.
Today I went to visit the ATM and I had to go inside to make change. There was a line, which is expected for the time of day, but the wait was made faster when the manager, Ed, came out of his office just to introduce himself to all of the people in line. He isn't the first of the friendly workers I've met at this branch. I've grown to like the banker Steven, who has helped me resolve troubles with my account many times. Very friendly
