I’ve never been more frustrated with a bank in my life. Bank of America in Carson City has truly earned their awful reputation. I was asked to stand in line for a personal teller, only to be told once I got to the front that no personal tellers were available. Complete waste of time. The staff has such an attitude, like they know they’re the only branch in town, so they don’t care if you’re inconvenienced. It’s clear they think if you don’t like their way of doing things, too bad. Definitely not coming back to this location!
They charged me 47% for a currency exchange and didn't give me a receipt. Did I just get ripped off?
Literally the worst bank
I was notified by B of A of suspicious activity and I was a victim of identity theft. Was told go to my bank. I didn't have an appt walked in waited a few minutes and Ashley Sweeney asked how she could assist me. I told her what I was told she could see I was upset. She showed me to her desk had me sit then she came back in. Ashley spent almost 2 hrs assisting me. She truly cared, was so patient with me, went way beyond the call of duty. She is truly a blessing. Never mind trying to reach anyone inside by phone. I think they have disconnected them all because no one EVER answers. Now I’m driving 56 miles RT tomorrow for something a call would have got the job done.
