I was having problems authenticating my account and needed to present to a physical branch for a KYC visit. Jakia took care of everything and we had a delightful chat. Even exchanged soundcloud profiles!
Do not ever bank at this location the staff is completely incompetent and rude, they act like it is your fault if they are unable to help you. No one ever has the keys to access anything especially not foreign currency, this branch should be shut down
Always a pleasant experience when banking here. The tellers greet you warmly and are very helpful. This was my first time needing non-teller help and the Financial Center Manager, Jessie Piquion, was magnificent -- immensely patient and extremely helpful as she walked me through and helped me navigate the process! Jesse and her entire team are outstanding ambassadors for Bank of America.
