The girl at the front desk named nacy is very rude and disrespectful, I couldn't find my account number but once I found it she sarcastically said "oh look at how smart you are you found it , that wasn't that hard was it" I asked for a manager she said that's not her problem!!! She needs to be fired I want to speak to a manager give me a phone number to call since she didn't want to grab the manager for me!!
