My Cash in bank B of A accounts is being held hostage! On may 19, 2026, I set up an online connection from BofA to transfer cash from my savings, to another bank where I had a checking account. But Bank of America won’t allow you to transfer money to your other Bank’s account. They will only allow you to pay your BOA credit card from a different bank’s linked account. worst service out of any bofa ive been to.
Extremely disappointing branch. The staff always seem more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. No sense of urgency or professionalism. If you actually need help with your account, save yourself the headache and go to another location, this one clearly doesn’t care.
