Extremely disappointing branch. The staff always seem more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. No sense of urgency or professionalism. If you actually need help with your account, save yourself the headache and go to another location, this one clearly doesn’t care.
Great customer service. Everyone is very helpful. Great tellers, the manager of the bank always keeps things running well.
