I deposited $960 cash into the ATM at this location. It confirmed and listed the amount and bills deposited. Then the receipt from the machine stated that it was unable to process the request and I would not get the funds returned. I went into the bank and spoke with an associate. He assured me they could look at the film and my funds would be available later that day. All I needed do is call the number on the receipt. I’ve been banking with BOA for 6 years now and at this location, they have never ONCE answered my call. They will even go as far as answering and hanging the phone up immediately. I was looking to open another account for an estate but I’m gonna be going to another bank.
