I have had good service from this bank. I have not had a ATM problem, and when I need help for deposits or such with teller, they have been courteous and performed the banking transaction satisfactorily.

I deposited $960 cash into the ATM at this location. It confirmed and listed the amount and bills deposited. Then the receipt from the machine stated that it was unable to process the request and I would not get the funds returned. I went into the bank and spoke with an associate. He assured me they could look at the film and my funds would be available later that day. All I needed do is call the number on the receipt.
