It’s a skill to speak more than one language. It seems this places lacks it. Nobody around was able to speak Spanish. It’s either this, or they wanted to rush my aunt out once 5 o’clock hit. Say what you may about my aunt going in not knowing enough English, but it’s up to the service (Bank of America) to have enough skills. Do better - EVERYone deserves to be helped equally

It is crazy how many people come in and make huge cash transactions at this location. Seems to be a clearing house for cash only businesses and services who want to avoidpaying taxes. Usually a long line and only 1-2 tellers.
