been stuck with boa for years - to hard to unwind it but it may be time. i have never witnessed a more poorly run branch. i only go to get large bills that you cannot obtain from their atm. the tellers are ALWAYS understaffed, the branch manager is never visible or interactive. VERY POORLY RUN while the one on Hilton Head Island could not be easier and there is never a wait, and their ATM's have large bills. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. LONG TIME CUSTOMER HERE DONE WITH THE CRAP THEY PULL. GOOD LUCK REACHING CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOUR HOLD PLUS EACH TIME TO GET HOME REPS WHO CAN'T HELP SO.... ANOTHER LONG WAIT FOR A SUPERVISOR. ATM ATE MY DEBIT CARD TWICE AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR A REPLACEMENT. THEY HOLD CHECKS FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME LIKE WE'RE IN THE DARK AGES. NOT WORTH IT.
