If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. I was left talking to myself. Ignored by two employees even after they had started to help me. Very arrogant and rude attitude. I'll be going to Truist instead.
The branch manager was absolutely terrible to work with. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Don’t ever bank with this company. I wish I would have gotten her name but I couldn’t even look at her after she spoke to me in that manner. Long dark hair. Mean mean woman.
