Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Jennifer, the branch manager, was so condescending and dismissive and not in the least bit helpful. She said it would be a half hour wait to get money....from a bank...they had no access to money!!! Not sure why you would keep the location open if you are unable to help your customers who have been with you for decades. I’m not talking about a loan or a mortgage or even to withdraw thousands.
