Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Jennifer, the branch manager, was so condescending and dismissive and not in the least bit helpful. She said it would be a half hour wait to get money....from a bank...they had no access to money!!! Not sure why you would keep the location open if you are unable to help your customers who have been with you for decades. I’m not talking about a loan or a mortgage or even to withdraw thousands. total joke. have had multiple boa accounts for 15 years but had to close them out today. sold my vehicle and had a paycheck, a large amount of cash on hand before work on wednesday 2/22. did not want to carry it around, did not have time to come back during day. arrived at 850 and saw opened at 9. at 851 a lady pulls up behind me to tell me i have to leave the property until 9 when they open (9 minutes later). i was in a work vehicle with work tags all over it, and company shirt. i left drove around for 5 minutes and came ba... read more
