The worst bank to use if you own a business
My mother went to talk to them about about a lien they had on the property after her husband passed away. They told her she didnt have any lien or anything and years later it went from a 3,000 to 11,000. They refused to give her any information. Also being hispanic they racially profiled her and told her she needed to have her papers not realizing that Puerto Rico is part of the US. I would never go to this bank again or advise anyone else from going there. Terrible service service especially towards the hispanic community.
