I always have a good experience at Bank of America. Today I was helped by Marcy P. I was having an absolutely horrible day and she turned a massively stressful day around for me. She greeted me immediately and was so patient with my overwhelmed state. I left feeling seen and important. I never wait in lines and am always greeted by multiple employees when I enter.
