My mother went to talk to them about about a lien they had on the property after her husband passed away. They told her she didnt have any lien or anything and years later it went from a 3,000 to 11,000. They refused to give her any information. Also being hispanic they racially profiled her and told her she needed to have her papers not realizing that Puerto Rico is part of the US. I would never go to this bank again or advise anyone else from going there. Terrible service service especially towards the hispanic community.
Terrible customer service, went to an appointment with Rafael he has a very rude interaction and unhelpful responses. This dude was acting like he owns the place.
I was referred to this specific branch of Bank of America after being with Consumers Credit Union for years to open an account and transfer all my money to Bank of America and close Consumers Credit Union accounts due to the lack of protection towards fraud and my accounts, never been to a bank where they tell you to come back at a later date to open an account with them considering there in the business of money, plus there were 3 workers talking to absolutely no one at the time. Taking my money elsewhere.
