I find BOA very user friendly, the staff is helpful and inviting. Chris Rega, has made my banking experience at BOA a complete joy; his professional and friendly demeanor is atmosphere-changing. I do not think this bank would be the same without him.

I’ve read so many bad reviews on this bank branch, but I received 5 star service from the moment I walked in and until the transaction with banker Kerri Depetro was completed. I was greeted upon entering the branch by a lovely woman whose name I can’t recall, she immediately understood what I needed and brought me over to Kerri who handled what was a complicated process with total professionalism, knowledge and speed. Had to transfer funds and were open Saturday.Branch has a consigliare.Helped with renewing a old debit card.
Updated after reply: Run, Run Don’t look back. It got way worse. Fraud, then Discrepancy, then fee, then may get return was their 4 answers to me. They fumbled with different excuses. Close BOFA fast takes 5 minutes. So many banks out there open in 5 minutes. You’re not a #. 2 receipts said hold till 10/23, supervisor not really true? What? Now 10/31. Cashiers Check.
