The staff is horribly rude and condescending. No one even greeted us when we entered. I was asking for change which she told me is a service reserved for customers which I completely understand, but her tone of voice and attitude were unnecessarily rude. I was wearing my work uniform so she asked me if we hold a business account and I told her that I don't know. I informed her that we (several of us) did hold a personal account with the bank.
