I do all of my banking here and the staff is great. They are always warm, friendly and remind me why I bank here.
I drive across town to go to this branch. I’ve been banking here for nearly a decade now. The staff is always kind and friendly here which tells me it is as nice a place to work as it is to bank at. We did both of our home loans at this location, the whole team is knowledgable and if you’ve ever done a home loan you’ll know there is no replacement for having an experienced guide, it’s a tough process, but they have your back. Thanks everyone.
Wish I could give 0 stars. The most inept staff I've ever encountered. Didn't know how to cancel an auto pay at their own bank! No one in the branch could. All they did was direct me to the 800 customer service number, with hold times over an hour. Bank elsewhere if you can!
Customer service in this branch just doesn’t exist. I truly despise BofA but the staff in here are even a few steps down from that. Sorry for the inconvenience and asking questions about my money.
