Terrible phone Service anytime I’ve ever called the bank it takes almost an hour to get a hold of anybody because they’re all busy doesn’t matter what time of day you called they just never answer the phone
I tried to make it work with this bank so many times. BOA is useless when it comes to getting things notarized. I have went about 4 times and each time there was an issue...or lie as to why they can't notarize something. And it's not just this branch, it's a nationwide problem. I've been to other branches in other states. Yet, I could drive over to my other bank and get things handled. And that's just the beginning of problems with BOA. They don't answer the phone all day but 4 hits they are closed as of they answer anyway
