The bank is in a convenient location in town and the staff are friendly.
Had fraud to take place in which BOA allowed and it's been the most frustrating experience ever and I've been a customer for 24 years. Some of the agents are not helpful at all. They need to put themselves in the customer shoes
At around 9:30 PM tonight, I deposited cash into this ATM. The machine accepted some of the cash, returned some of the cash, and then froze. It kept more than ten bills, and the transaction was not completed. I called customer service many times, but no one answered. I am very surprised and disappointed.
