I went inside of this branch on 02/25/2025 to open an account. I brought more than enough documents to verify my identity and open a personal account and even a business account, being that I own 2 businesses. However, I was assisted by Ms. Donna, who, seemed more surprised that I was a black male, that came FULLY prepared, and owned a business period. Wouldn’t cash my check because it was over 4000..this is the worst bank to bank with I would recommend getting your money and leaving this bank !!!!
My Experience with Bank of America at this specific location was horrible. I had a racist encounter with Ms. Donna Farwell Senior Banker! . She found any reason not to open an account for me. I am a 25 year old African American female that’s has a lot going for myself and I’m guessing she’s never met someone like me so she had her suspicions!
