I'm newer to valdosta but a bofa member over 25 years years and Nguyen Nguyen was a real winwin for me. Despite the local rednecks and migratory florida-people, the branch performed as i've expected from a BofA. I've had a complicated deposit of bonds along with a big out of state check that i needed to deposit less some cash and it was all handled at the teller within 5 minutes, in and out.
When you make a deposit and there is a hold (expected) and then the hold is not lifted when scheduled. The transactions list on the app fluctuates and reorganizes which makes it impossible to keep track of. Inconsistent results, unpredictable and dubious transaction scheduling, unreliable bank overall. DO NOT make plans based on proper execution of scheduled transactions by this bank.
