When you make a deposit and there is a hold (expected) and then the hold is not lifted when scheduled. The transactions list on the app fluctuates and reorganizes which makes it impossible to keep track of. Inconsistent results, unpredictable and dubious transaction scheduling, unreliable bank overall. DO NOT make plans based on proper execution of scheduled transactions by this bank.
Terrible everything. They want you to use the app for most things, yet the app has bugs and is difficult to use, so what you're asked to do always leads you to having to come into the bank anyway. Then the tellers are limited and can't do things as easy as wire transfers. If you want to do one, be willing to wait 1-2 hours for a "banker" to assist you. I've called this location for over a week and no one ever answers the phone
I went inside of this branch on 02/25/2025 to open an account. I brought more than enough documents to verify my identity and open a personal account and even a business account, being that I own 2 businesses. However, I was assisted by Ms. Donna, who, seemed more surprised that I was a black male, that came FULLY prepared, and owned a business period.
