Pathetic experience, please don’t understand the customers. I waited for more than 1.5 hours for doing a wire transfer, they don’t have any curtesy to send anyone to attend or say we can’t help you today.

Unfortunately, either the banker is not available or the wait time is too long. But the staff is very friendly
I hate this bank and the policies that they have. They put a hold on my check for no reason. I turn my check in on the 23rd of December and my funds are not available till January 3rd is ridiculous. I will not be banking with them next year and I'm closing my account. I don't suggest bank of America .
