Jeffrey was very helpful! he was the only one helping the whole line and was dealing with a difficult customer but he was very patient and managed to get through the rest of the line quickly!
Poorly managed branch. None of the account managers seem to know how to do anything without going to their branch manager. I've spent no less then 25 hours in the branch trying get an account closed, each time they don't complete the filing of the closure, and each time ask for a new document. We leave, assuming everything is complete, each time expecting a follow up of the completed closure. Then weeks later we call to check and none of the information we submitted was completed by them. I usually hate going to the bank — the lines are always long, the service takes forever, and many employees don’t seem prepared to work with the public.
