0 Stars – Poor Customer Service I was standing in the business line, but instead of helping me, the staff chose to take three people from another line first. If you can’t properly take care of customers in the business line, then remove it altogether. This was unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

I have been dealing with Jeffrey Querubin for the past 6 hours at this branch with an extremely complicated situation that has involved several Bank of America employees over the phone, while he has patiently waited as we've been transferred over and over. He exemplified patience, grace, compassion, and empathy for my elderly sister who has gone through a lot dealing with her account. I can't say enough about his professionalism or how accomodating this branch has been.
Jeffrey Querbin was very pleasant and friendly and took the time to wish me a great day. Transaction was quick.
I had a wonderful experience with Stinder at Bank of America. She is an outstanding employee — very professional, kind, and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me, and I truly appreciate her excellent service. Bank of America needs to hire more employees like Stinder Ma’am, who genuinely care about their clients and make banking a positive experience.
