It's no suprise to me why this bank has a 2 star rating. I had hesitation even going inside after reading there terrible reviews, but gave it a try anyways and wish I hadn't wasted my time. If your cashing a check don t bother. The lazy incompetent woman manager will find a reason to decline cashing it. Not to mention with banking policies like they won't call to verify with clients, just shows how far out of touch there banking policies are protecting there clients. I really appreciate the kind and professional help of Ms. Taranjit Kaur ( Senior Banker) for her dedicated work on opening my account with Bank of America. She is very brilliant and well dedicated person I have ever met. She is a valuable asset to the banking industry.
