I was here to open a new checking account. They made me wait 45 minutes to tell me that I had to make an an appointment I ask guy in the front if I need an appointment to open a checking account and he tell me no just wait and we open your account right now 45 minutes later they just tell me i need to make an appointment. Customer service is bad. I will never open the checking or savings account with this bank.
