I honestly don’t understand the purpose of having a phone number when you can’t actually get through to anyone at the branch. I’ve called my local branch several times and even tried calling branches outside my area, but I still haven’t been able to speak with a representative. It’s extremely frustrating and honestly ridiculous. What’s the point of having a number if customers can’t get anyone on the phone?

If I could give this place a 0-star review for never answering the phone, I would. I have sat on the phone for over 40 mins just waiting to talk to someone. Like it’s not hard to answer your phones when a customer is calling.
