I honestly don’t even know where to start with this location. The Bank of America in Lawrence has been beyond frustrating to deal with. They are currently holding our check funds, which has directly impacted our ability to pay rent — something that should never happen because of a bank’s lack of communication. We have called this branch over 30 times in the past two days and not a single call has been answered. No updates, no explanations, nothing. It feels like there is absolutely no accountability or customer service here.... read more
