Bank Teller Logan needs to work on his customer service skills. His facial expressions & condescending tone definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I’m glad this isn’t my home branch!
We had such a wonderful experience at the bank today that I had to share it! I made an appointment because I wanted my 9-year-old son to experience what it’s like to actually go into a branch and open his very first account, instead of just doing it online. It seems Bank of America does not want to provide service to existing bank account holders. After getting the worst ever customer care in this branch, decided to never open any new account in future.
