Never going to this location again. Went to open a chequing account, the rep (Issa) was so pushy and annoying trying to sell million other services and forced us to book another appointment to apply for credit card which could be easily done online. Went to deposit cash with an intend to invent in CD, another rep (I think her name was Zehra) was being pushy to refer a specialist, she handed me her card and asked me to use her name while booking an appointment. I use atm here every few weeks on way back to my warehouse. No issues with atm ever. Had to get a cashiers check for major purchase last month. Inside teller was nice and got it done with no issues. I am kind of upset that BoA closed location at park and tollway, but this one is also on my way home, so not huge issue for me... but more traffic around this one (I drive box truck, so traffic is always an issue for me for errands)
I always feel like they don't want me inside the branch. Went to get a cashier's check and they told me it would be cheaper if I used the Kroger in the shopping center, they never even told me the cost. Went another time just to deposit a check and was rudely told that the ATM can process it too and I needed to go over to the machine.
