Perfect reason why I left BofA and do not recommend them as a banker. I came in to cash a settlement check from Allstate. I received great service from the first representative(Santiago) behind the counter. While processing the check, the representative advised that due to the amount of the check, he will need to get approval. The representative summoned a branch manager by the name of Josh.
