Horrible experience at this Bank of America location. Josh Zarling is doing a huge disservice to BOA customers.
Not customer centric at all.
Bank Teller Logan needs to work on his customer service skills. His facial expressions & condescending tone definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I’m glad this isn’t my home branch!
