I have trouble sign in my account. Called for help, the tech support couldn't solve my problem. I called again, another tech answered, he also could not solved it. They both said I should go to the bank. The problem is boa only open Monday to Friday 9 to 4. I have to take time off work. This is so inconvenient. Why can't they open half day on Saturday, just like other bank do?
I came one day last week to make an appointment for today because I want to give the Nice branch manager another chance. Then came in five minutes before my appointment today but had to wait another 25 minutes. My banker still didn’t see me. I have been a client for over 20 years. Wow thats like waiting at the doctor office. So disappointed, left to go somewhere else for my CD. If the branch manager see my review then he knows what I am talking about. You can apologize but you lost a loyal client.
