I was going to open up my teenagers accounts today but after calling x10 today and speaking with a young lady she was really rude...so I'll just go somewhere else. It says walk in service but if I booked I would have to wait several weeks. Make it make sense!!!

Poor customer service
Just sat there for 20 minutes after 9, Google said they opened at 9. Then I checked again and someone changed it to 10. Switching to secu. So sick of dealing with stuff like this. Also the fact that the customer service people are all from another country.
