Just sat there for 20 minutes after 9, Google said they opened at 9. Then I checked again and someone changed it to 10. Switching to secu. So sick of dealing with stuff like this. Also the fact that the customer service people are all from another country.
I had to call customer service over a dozen times over the course of a day before they even answered. Then they immediately put me on hold for 30+ minutes and when the woman finally answered she acted like there was anything better she’d rather be doing. I had to call one of the financial advisors just to get someone to pick up the phone. Nobody who works there cares about issues or is willing to go out of there way at all to help. Horrible!!! Only 1 teller & 8 people waiting in line. Nobody else even offers to open another teller station. An employee was wandering thru the lobby unable to help anyone in line with her iPad. Then, they wanted $8 to cash their own check...WTH?
I would never do business at BOA. The times I've had to use them, I could not believe how slow customer service was. Being on hold every time for an hour and waiting a very long time going in to the bank, is not acceptable. I'd much rather deal with my small home town bank. Unfortunately I had an auto loan through BOA when I financed a car. Otherwise I would never bank there.
HI, recently obtained a credit card , I am trying to find out how I go about getting the $200.cash reward. I have called the home office and all I get is the recordings!! No live person. A simple question! Help!!
