I was able to withdraw my money and check my account balance
BofA has been my bank for over 40 years. That the best bank for me. I had worked with other bank but I'll stay with BofA
The customer service experienced here is just nasty. Without asking why you are the bank the banker already said we are not accepting anymore walks ins at 3:00 when she came out behind the counter after sitting for about 2-3 minutes in the lobby. I think it’s more of racial profiling which the bank need to address.
They were closed so I went to the drive thru ATM. They close all the ones near me so this is the closest to me. Only 1 1/2 hrs to get there so I only go there when visiting the area.
