All their tellers called in and they made me drive to lubbock on a hot day with no AC only to find I lost my card from a California bank at this branch in Abeline. My poor dog had to sit in the heat with no AC all day because of this branch now I lost.my card and I'm in a very ds gerous situation because of this bank. Absolute nightmare all because they closed my account out. Will never bank with BoA ever again. They daid if I wanted to make a new one I had to be back home with a new ID or they would close my new account in ... read more
This review is for the service by the employees at the Abilene bank only . I had a unexpected issue with Bank Of America (nothing to do with the individuals at this location) , the manager and tellers have been amazing with helping me get everything situated.
