All their tellers called in and they made me drive to lubbock on a hot day with no AC only to find I lost my card from a California bank at this branch in Abeline. My poor dog had to sit in the heat with no AC all day because of this branch now I lost.my card and I'm in a very ds gerous situation because of this bank. Absolute nightmare all because they closed my account out. Will never bank with BoA ever again. This review is for the service by the employees at the Abilene bank only . I had a unexpected issue with Bank Of America (nothing to do with the individuals at this location) , the manager and tellers have been amazing with helping me get everything situated.
No one answer phone calls
I am leaving BOA. This bank is ridiculous. They shut their drive thru down. The ATM is down right now. Also there’s no anti glare on the screen and the sun always seems to be right on it. Ever tried calling customer service, get ready to wait 30 min plus. It’s just a big bank that has nothing to offer.
