Tried to deposit a check into my chime & venmo accounts (won't even attempt PayPal) was told the check is unacceptable! Now will have to cash. Inconvenient!
Worst banking experience. Tellers are clueless and make mistakes and then manager says they are not able to fix. These big banks are all controlled by computers and tellers are there just to greet people. But when it comes to resolving an issue done by themselves, they can’t “because once the transaction is done, there is no going back even though the transaction was done 1 minute before” - according to the clueless manager.
