This is my bank where I am customer for last 26 years. I am very very happy with their service and kind help. I am particularly highly satisfied and happy with Estrella Paez. She is an Angel and always help me with a beautiful smile on her face. I am highly grateful to my Bank of America.
Worst Bank ever with horrible customer service online. Called today twice in the morning when they just open and waited for 20 minutes but no one responded to the phone after I was transferred to the billing department. Called again at 2pm and was kept on the phone for 30 minutes. If I did not hang up I will still be waiting. I wish I could give this bank a zero star. Horrible bank there was racist comments made as if me or my sister didn’t have money they took her money transaction even with a id but still needed proof that that was her card numbers even after getting verification. Don’t have to worry bout me coming to this branch again Il continue to go to Greenville blvd first time we experienced anything like this I guess if you black you can’t pull a certain amount of money.
