Gave appointment to close safety box due to bank closure. Go to the bank they are closed without any recourse to access my box. No option now but to consult legal
I deposited a check, I asked them if there would be a hold, and they said there wouldn't be. After I got home, they sent an email that they were going to hold my money for 9 days. I've made several calls and no one can help me, and the banking center won't even answer the phone. I've been with this bank for years, but I will be changing banks as soon as I get my money. Seriously, the worst customer service I've ever had. Awful people that don't care about you.
This bank is so horrible now, website says open. but there closed to enter lobby because of bank shortage. Really thinking of going to different bank for business. besides there closing all branches in Yakima in June. will have to go Tri cities if you want any service
